Prawn Hacao: Hacao Skin (Water, Rice Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Salt), Shrimp, Bamboo Shoots, Chilean Sea Bass (Wild Caught), Tapioca Flour, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Salt., Soy Ginger Sauce: Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybean, Salt), Sugar, Salt, Lemon, Ginger, Honey, Ginger Powder, Lactic Acid, Tapioca Starch, Star Anise

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave : Place bamboo tray (For best results cover tray with a moist paper towel) in Microwave for 3-4 min. on high. (For thrawed product: microwave for 2 min.)
Let cool for 2 min.
Steam Place bamboo tray in a steamer and heat for 8 min.
(For frozen product: steam for about 15 min.)
Let cool for 2 min. and serve with sauce.
