Shipping
All orders are shipped from Sen Organic Farmers Market, Richmond within 5 - 7 business days. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you will receive additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. Please note that certain orders may experience longer processing times due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays related to weather, ports, and factory delays. In such cases, you will be notified via email with an updated shipping timeline.
Tracking
There are instances where the courier may not immediately scan the package. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, kindly allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any direct contact or control over it. Return Fees
We understand some returns happen due to a change of mind. In these cases a buyers remorse fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. This charge helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.Cancellation prior to shipment
